Full “Buck” Moon Outing

  • Aquarius Trailhead Louisville, CO, 80027 United States (map)

July’s full moon is called the buck moon and to celebrate Disability Pride Month, we are changing up our normal program to make it more accessible.

We’ll meet at the picnic shelter at Aquarius Open Space (accessible via a flat, 100-yard gravel path from the parking lot) to watch the sunset and moonrise. Writer-in-Residence Erin Robertson will lead a program to appreciate the moon, nature and the many gifts that both provide. The entire program will take place at Aquarius, rather than our normal night hike.

This outing is limited to 14 people. Please register below to hold your space.
