Help us prep the wall for this beautiful mural.

The new mural at the Public Road underpass will soon be a reality — now’s your chance to roll up your sleeves with a community event to prep the wall for painting.

Muralist Stacey Long Reynolds will lead the work, which will have tasks suitable for helpers of all ages.

Come out and be a part of Lafayette history and the very first mural along the creek within city limits.

Volunteers should:

• Dress for the weather and activity

• Bring water and a snack

• Children must be supervised by their adults
